My mother is in an excellent residential home with four Eastern European workers. They are all trained nurses, speak excellent English (and are happy to improve it), are unfailingly polite, charming, chatty and kind. They relate brilliantly to the old people. I couldn't wish my mother to be in better hands.    Report
